Back in 2005 I was asked by Brisbane Boys College to write a Position Stand on Supplements.

In preparation, I read 74 papers just on Creatine.

But at that time I was working mainly football players, so my focus was on strength, power & muscle gain (all the things you probably know creatine improves!).
