I have been taking Wonder Foods Inulin for two years, as 10 grams (2 teaspoons) in a glass of water first thing in the morning, after researching visceral fat (which is unaffected by exercise) and the role of non-soluble fibre (resistant starch) in the gut microbiome. I feel better, more regular, less likely to snack between meals, and I am happy to recommend this product. I ordered some castor oil after my dad mentioned it has helped with his eczema. It brought instant relief and feels really good. I've only had it a few days but I've started using it on my face and hands/nails, and I want to use it through my hair too. Im sure there's many more uses to be discovered.
