Wonder Health Tip - Motivation?

Most of my career has been focused on Athletes.

Preparing them for Grand Slams & World Champs.

But over the past 12 or so years, I've worked with High School Athletes, Parents and what we call Gen Pop.

And you know what separates those who don’t achieve their goals vs those who do?

The former focus on Motivation... While the latter focus on Self Discipline.

Motivation is fleeting... Self Discipline endures.

Motivation is about how you feel... Self Discipline is about what you do.

Motivation is fragile... Self Discipline is robust.

And one more thing about Self Discipline?

It's like a muscle: the more you train it, the stronger it becomes.

(Of course, the less you train it... The weaker it becomes.)

Now, question for you...

Are you going to rely on Motivation..?
